The BMW Club Racing List was started in 1997 by Gary Bossert, Ken Partymiller, Ron Checca and Filippo Morelli in response to an increasing need for BMW Club Racers to converse and keep abreast of racing interests. Many very active and prominent racers have already joined the list and we sincerely hope you consider joining.

Membership requirements reflect a very specific agenda for the list:
  • BMW Road Racers with a racing license from any worldwide road race sanctioning body: (SCCA, BMW CCA, RAC, EMRA, FIA, etc.)
  • Those in the process of acquiring such a license may join in read only mode. Once the license is acquired the membership is upgraded to full privileges.
  • Racing officials directly involved in club racing with pertinence to BMWs are welcome to join.

The Club Racing List agenda is to provide an unmoderated forum for BMW drivers and sanction body officials to share information for the purpose of improving race formats, classing, safety and general education.

We encourage discussion of rules, fabrication, race format and general reporting of racing news and race reports and summaries.

We hope that you also make new friends on the list - people outside your area which you otherwise may never have gotten to meet and know better.
